MY APPROACH

FLOW IS THE GOAL. OVERHEAD IS THE ENEMY.

Most organizations don't fail because they lack talent or effort. They fail because friction accumulates silently until momentum dies. My work is removing what blocks flow, without removing the humanity that makes teams worth building in the first place. This isn't theory. This comes from years of hands-on experience in engineering, consulting, and leadership roles across acquisitions, scale-ups, and transformation projects.

Four Layers of Overhead Removal

1. Structural Friction

Unclear responsibilities, meeting debt, decision bottlenecks. I map the system, identify where work stalls, and redesign roles and processes so accountability becomes visible.

2. Cognitive Load

Too many tools, too many contexts, constant interruption. I reduce the surface area of complexity. Fewer tools used deeply beats more tools used shallowly.

3. Human Dynamics

Misaligned incentives, missing psychological safety, performance ambiguity. I pair empathy with rigor. Kindness without accountability is noise.

4. Strategic Ambiguity

Goals drift, OKRs become ritual, vision gets lost in translation. I ensure every change earns its place through measurable impact, not habit.
