At idgard (since 2025) and Uniscon (2023-2024), he scaled engineering departments from 5 to 7 teams, optimized development, security, and quality assurance, and aligned strategies with business objectives. Earlier at CQSE (2022-2023), he led process enhancements and tool-driven quality assurance for finance clients.
